Bergey opened an automotive repair shop in picturesque Franconia, Pennsylvania. Norman had a Golden Rule for how to conduct business- treat everyone who walked through the door the way he would want to be treated. From the very beginning, Norman held a reputation of treating all of his customers with dignity and respect. This quickly became the Bergey way of doing business. Almost 90 years later, Bergey’s serves 30 locations with more than 750 employees. Each and every employee is trained to exemplify this Golden Rule and honor Norman’s business philosophy. Our family of automobile, truck and tire companies exists in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia.
